1. Appointments & Payments

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider, Stripe.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be made by calling +44 7530 967900 or emailing a.estheticsbeyou@gmail.com.

For early cancellations:
• Deposits made online via Stripe will be refunded less a processing fee of 2.5% plus a fixed charge of £0.20.
• Deposits made in person or through fee-free methods will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be retained as liquidated damages in accordance with UK contract law.

No-Service Appointments: Should you attend your appointment and decide not to proceed with any treatment, the deposit will still be retained due to the reserved time and resources.


2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, texts, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Aesthetics BE YOU. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


3. Limitation of Liability
