At Aesthetics, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure online experience. We operate under UK data protection laws. Our website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Any URL-based data (e.g., search parameters) is used purely for functional navigation and is not stored or processed for analytics or profiling purposes.

Appointment bookings for consultations are facilitated through SSL certified third-party servers. We store only your name and email address within Google Calendar. This data is retained unless a removal request is made, in which case we will comply with applicable data protection regulations. Payments are processed by our external, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and no additional personal data is stored on our site.

Our website also utilizes Google Analytics solely for SEO analysis and website performance purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or personally identifiable analytics.

As we do not retain additional personal data on our servers, requests for data erasure under the UK GDPR are confined to the information stored within Google Calendar. Should you wish to have your records expunged, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at a.estheticsbeyou@gmail.com.

1. Appointments & Payments

Appointment Bookings and Cancellations

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed via our third-party provider, Stripe.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: This policy applies to all clients without exception. To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations must be communicated via phone at +44 7530 967900 or email at a.estheticsbeyou@gmail.com.

For all customers who cancel in advance:

• Deposits made online via Stripe will be refunded minus a processing fee of 2.5% of the original deposit amount, plus a fixed charge of £0.20, to cover non-refundable transaction costs.

• Deposits made in person or via fee-free methods will be refunded in full.

If a cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be retained as liquidated damages, in line with UK contract law.

No-Service Appointments: If a client attends their appointment but chooses not to proceed with any treatment or service, the deposit will still be retained as liquidated damages. This reflects the time and resources allocated for the appointment and is non-refundable.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Aesthetics. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

3. Limitation of Liability

This website and its services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. Aesthetics, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, including damages related to events beyond our control.

4. Governing Law

These legal documents are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website please contact me immediately.
