Scope Of These Terms
These terms apply when you use the Aesthetic Be You website, make an enquiry, book an appointment, pay a deposit, request a shipping quote, buy a product from the online shop, attend a consultation, complete pre-treatment paperwork, or receive treatment through the clinic.
By using the website, placing an order, or booking with the clinic, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, data protection, or health and safety law.
Shop Disclaimer And Separation From Treatments
The online shop is the ecommerce section of this website. Unless a specific treatment page, consultation note, or written treatment plan expressly says otherwise, products sold through the online shop, including CJdropshipping items, are not the products used, applied, injected, implanted, or otherwise supplied during aesthetic treatments carried out by the clinic.
The shop and clinic services appear on the same website for convenience and to support wider website traffic, but they are separate customer journeys. Buying from the shop does not create any promise that a product is clinically suitable for you, medically recommended, or included within a treatment package.
Website Information, Shop Content, And Clinical Suitability
- Website content is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for individual medical advice or a clinical assessment.
- Online shop descriptions, images, categories, delivery estimates, and supplier information are provided for convenience. Product appearance, packaging, labeling, or minor specifications may vary from on-screen images or descriptions without creating a material defect.
- Unless expressly stated for a particular service, online shop products are not represented as products used during clinic treatments and should not be treated as clinical recommendations.
- Displayed storefront prices may use estimated shipping or supplier data before checkout. Final shipping options and totals are confirmed during the live checkout flow.
- Booking a service does not guarantee that treatment will be suitable, available, or clinically appropriate for you.
- Some treatments, including injectables and other clinically controlled procedures, may require an additional assessment, medical history review, or prescriber approval before treatment can go ahead.
Your Responsibilities Before Treatment And Before Ordering
Accurate information
You must provide complete and accurate information about your health, medications, allergies, previous procedures, and any other factor that may affect treatment safety or results.
Delivery information
For shop orders, you must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, email address, and any other information needed for customs clearance or successful delivery. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or extra cost caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by you.
Required forms
You may be asked to complete consultation, consent, and health screening forms before treatment. If required paperwork is incomplete, treatment may be delayed, changed, or refused.
Eligibility
Where a treatment or product is legally or clinically restricted to adults, you must meet that requirement. The clinic may ask for proof of age or identity if needed.
Aftercare and product use
You agree to follow any aftercare advice, product instructions, warnings, and reasonable delivery guidance provided. Failure to do so may affect results, increase the risk of complications, or reduce the options available when reviewing a complaint or claim.
Bookings, Shop Orders, And Pricing
- Online bookings are made through the website and, for paid bookings, deposits are processed through Stripe hosted checkout.
- Online shop payments are processed through Stripe hosted checkout using the live quote and shipping option selected by the customer.
- An automated order acknowledgement, payment confirmation, or checkout success page confirms receipt of your request and payment only. Acceptance of a shop order takes place when we confirm dispatch, create the fulfillment order on accepted terms, or otherwise expressly confirm that the order has been accepted.
- The current website flow charges a GBP 20 deposit for paid treatment bookings unless stated otherwise. Free consultations may be booked without a deposit.
- Where applicable, the booking deposit is intended to be deducted from the final treatment price on the day of your appointment unless a different arrangement is clearly stated.
- Shop orders remain subject to availability, payment verification, address checks, supplier acceptance, and fraud or compliance review. We may cancel an order and refund the amount paid if a product becomes unavailable, a material pricing or shipping error is identified, or the order cannot be fulfilled on commercially reasonable terms.
- We may also refuse, limit, or cancel a shop order where we reasonably believe this is necessary for legal compliance, product-safety concerns, export or customs restrictions, suspected misuse, or prevention of fraud and chargebacks.
- Prices, services, offers, and treatment availability may change from time to time without prior notice.
UK Consumer Rights For Shop Goods
- Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
- Shop goods should be supplied with the legal rights that apply to consumer sales, including being as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where required by law, and supported by the mandatory pre-contract information we are required to provide.
- If goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies including rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund according to the circumstances and the applicable law.
- Where a distance-sale cancellation right applies, you may cancel an eligible order within 14 days after the goods come into your physical possession or into the possession of a person you identify to receive them. You must then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel.
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be made using the original payment method within the legally required period after returned goods are received back or you provide evidence of return. Standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where the law requires it.
- The statutory cancellation right does not apply to goods that are exempt by law, which can include sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised items, perishable items, and any other category lawfully excluded from cancellation rights.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, And Missed Appointments
Current booking rule used by the site flow
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you give at least 72 hours' notice, the clinic may move your booking to a new date and time without an extra booking charge, subject to availability.
- If you cancel late, fail to attend, or request changes with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit may be lost.
- If you arrive late, the clinic may shorten the appointment, reschedule it, or refuse treatment if there is not enough safe treatment time remaining.
To change a booking, contact the clinic as soon as possible by phone or email.
CJdropshipping Fulfillment And Delivery
- Some online shop orders are sourced, packed, and/or dispatched through CJdropshipping and its connected warehouses, shipping channels, or logistics partners.
- CJdropshipping acts as a supplier and fulfillment partner only. The customer's sales contract is with us as the website operator and seller, not with CJdropshipping.
- Where a shop order is fulfilled through CJdropshipping, operational fulfillment issues may need to be investigated through CJdropshipping and/or the relevant carrier before a final outcome can be confirmed.
- Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed with you, accepted shop orders are intended to be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
- Delivery dates, transit times, and estimated arrival windows are estimates only. Delays caused by carrier disruption, customs processing, weather, remote-area handling, local depot issues, or other matters outside our reasonable control do not by themselves guarantee compensation.
- Using CJdropshipping or another fulfillment partner does not remove any non-excludable consumer rights you may have against us as the seller, but it does mean that supplier claims, carrier claims, reshipments, and recovery actions may be handled through those third-party channels first where appropriate.
- Where delivery is arranged by us or through a shipping option offered at checkout, the goods remain our risk until they come into your physical possession or into the possession of a person you identify to receive them. If you instruct delivery through a carrier you independently appoint and that carrier was not offered by us as a checkout option, risk may pass earlier as the law permits.
Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, Or Delayed Parcels
How claims should be reported
- Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the issue is discovered and, where possible, within 5 calendar days of delivery for visible damage, incorrect items, or missing contents. Prompt notice helps preserve carrier and supplier evidence, but it does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
- For parcels marked as delivered but not received, or parcels materially delayed beyond the latest estimated delivery window, we may ask you to wait a reasonable investigation period, complete a declaration, or follow the carrier's trace process before a refund or replacement decision is made.
- You may be asked to provide photographs of the parcel, packaging, shipping label, damaged goods, and any other evidence reasonably required for a supplier or carrier claim.
Where a problem appears to have arisen during third-party fulfillment or transport, we reserve the right to investigate the matter, seek recovery from CJdropshipping, the carrier, or the insurer, and decide the appropriate resolution after that review. Depending on the facts, the resolution may be a repair, replacement, reshipment, refund, partial refund, store credit, or rejection of the claim where legally justified.
If a supplier or carrier claim is unsuccessful, we may still choose to offer a goodwill remedy in our sole discretion where the law does not require a different outcome. Any goodwill payment, credit, or replacement is voluntary and does not amount to an admission of liability. We may reduce, refuse, or recover avoidable additional costs where the issue arose from an incorrect address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to collect from a depot after notice, customs information not supplied by the customer when reasonably requested, or a delivery or safe-place instruction given by the customer.
If a delivery time was essential and we agreed that explicitly, or if goods are not delivered within the legally required or otherwise agreed period, you may have the right to treat the contract as at an end and receive a refund in line with applicable law.
Returns, Chargebacks, And Order Disputes
- To start a return, cancellation, delivery claim, or other shop dispute, contact us using the details on this page so we can review the order and provide the correct return or evidence process.
- Returned items should be sent to the return address we specify. We may refuse deliveries sent to an unauthorised return location if this causes additional cost or prevents the return from being matched to the order.
- Unless the return is because goods are faulty, not as described, or another legal rule requires us to cover the cost, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning cancelled goods.
- We may withhold refunds until returned goods are received back or satisfactory evidence of return is supplied, where the law allows this.
- If a payment dispute, chargeback, or card-issuer reversal is opened, we may provide order records, fulfillment records, correspondence, tracking, photographs, claim evidence, and other relevant information to Stripe, the card issuer, insurers, or advisers in order to defend the claim and protect the business from fraud or misuse.
- Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to raise a lawful complaint, request a lawful refund, or exercise a mandatory consumer remedy.
Product Safety, Compliance, And Recalls
- We may suspend listings, reject orders, stop dispatch, contact customers, or carry out a recall, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or refund process where we reasonably believe this is necessary for product safety, legal compliance, or supplier traceability.
- Customers should read and follow any product instructions, warnings, age restrictions, patch-test guidance, maintenance guidance, or other safety information supplied with the product.
- If a product appears unsafe or causes injury, damage, or an adverse reaction, please stop using it where appropriate and contact us promptly with details so we can investigate, support any required claim or recall action, and meet any legal reporting obligations.
Treatment Changes, Refusal, And Results
- The clinic may refuse, postpone, or modify a treatment if it is not clinically suitable, if necessary information has not been provided, if a contraindication is identified, or if safe treatment conditions are not met.
- Results vary from person to person. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
- The clinic is not responsible for poor outcomes or complications caused by incomplete medical disclosure, failure to follow aftercare, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Photography And Marketing Consent
Treatment photographs or videos may be taken for clinical records where relevant. Separate marketing use is optional and depends on the consent choice you give. Declining marketing use does not affect access to treatment.
Third-Party Services
- The website uses third-party services including Stripe for payments, CJdropshipping and related carriers for some online shop fulfillment, and Google-hosted or similar services for forms, calendar handling, and communications.
- When you use those services, their own terms and privacy practices may also apply, but this does not replace any non-excludable rights you may have against us where we are the seller or service provider.
- The clinic is not responsible for the content, uptime, or policies of third-party websites or platforms linked from this site.
Website Use And Intellectual Property
- You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- All website text, branding, images, design elements, and other original content remain the property of the clinic or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
- You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or commercially reuse website content without prior written permission.
Liability And Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Subject to that, the clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, website outages, delays caused by third-party providers, or treatment outcomes affected by inaccurate disclosures, medical contraindications, or failure to follow aftercare guidance.
In relation to online shop orders, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay, failed delivery, or additional cost to the extent it arises from incomplete customer information, customer-selected delivery instructions, refusal of delivery, customs action caused by missing customer information, carrier depot handling after a failed delivery attempt, remote-area restrictions, or events that neither we nor the fulfillment provider could reasonably prevent. Where an issue concerns third-party fulfillment, we may first investigate and pursue the supplier or carrier claim route before deciding whether any additional remedy should be offered directly by us, provided that nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer remedy you are entitled to by law.
Complaints, Questions, And Governing Law
Contact
Email: a.estheticsbeyou@gmail.com
Telephone: +44 7530 967900
If you have a complaint about a shop order, please contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the order, tracking, supplier records, and any photographs or other evidence. This does not affect any right you may have to pursue a statutory remedy, payment-provider complaint, or court claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim relating to the website or clinic bookings will be dealt with under the laws and courts of England and Wales, unless another mandatory consumer law rule applies.
